Who owns the copyright?
At Green Wed Co., we believe in transparency. While you'll have full personal usage rights to your images, we retain the copyright. This ensures your photos remain protected and can be used for our portfolio and promotional purposes.
Are you insured?
Absolutely! We're covered by three types of insurance: equipment insurance, public liability insurance, and professional indemnity insurance. This gives you peace of mind knowing your investment is protected.
When will we receive our images?
We typically provide a preview gallery of around 100 highlights within a week of your wedding. Your full, edited gallery will be delivered within 6-12 weeks.
What happens if you are ill or have to cancel?
In the unlikely event we're unable to photograph your wedding due to illness or injury, our experienced backup shooter will step in. If this isn't suitable, we'll offer a full refund.
I don't really like getting my photos taken and I get quite nervous.
Don't worry! Our goal is to capture your day naturally. We'll blend into the background and provide gentle guidance during your portrait session to ensure you feel comfortable.
I want some of my photographs to be exclusive and not used on the website/social media.
Absolutely! Just let us know which photos you'd like to keep private.
Where are you based?
We're based in London, UK, and serve couples throughout the region.
Do you travel?
We're happy to travel within the UK and Ireland at no extra cost for our full-day packages. For international weddings, please get in touch for a customized quote.
How do we book you?
To secure your date, complete a booking form, sign a contract online, and pay a non-refundable 20% deposit.
Do we need to feed you?
While not mandatory, feeding us ensures we can stay on-site and focus on capturing your day.
What happens if it rains?
We're prepared to work in various weather conditions. We can use umbrellas, find sheltered areas, or even utilize indoor locations for group shots.
I need to cancel my wedding, what happens to my deposit?
If you cancel your booking and don't reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited.
What happens after booking?
After booking, feel free to contact us with any questions. Consider scheduling a pre-wedding shoot to get comfortable in front of the camera. We'll also provide a detailed form closer to your wedding to gather important information.
How long do you keep a copy of our photos?
We retain a backup copy of your photos for at least 12 months. Please ensure you have your own backup as well.
Do you do formal family photographs?
We recommend a maximum of 10 formal family groups to ensure ample time with your guests.
Do you bring a second photographer or assistant?
Yes, there will always be two photographers to capture your day from different angles.
